Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rebooked onto another class, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked.

Class Passes

Class passes are intended to support a regular, sustainable practice.

If you cancel a class more than 24 hours in advance, the class will be returned to your pass for future use.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, the class will be deducted from your pass.

Class passes are valid for a fixed period:

• 5-class pass: valid for 8 weeks

• 10-class pass: valid for 16 weeks

Class passes expire automatically at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended, refunded or transferred.
