Drive through the Moor House gates just off Whippletree Road and head to the end of the private road where you will find plenty of parking.

Do I need to have a regular yoga practice?

No. Classes are generally suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Options are always offered so you can practise in a way that feels supportive for your body.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move and breathe easily. There’s no need for anything special or technical.

Do I need to bring a mat or equipment?

No. Liforme mats and all props - blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets - are provided.

How many people are in each class?

Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 8 students, allowing for a calm, personal and supportive environment.

Where is the studio located?

The studio is based at Catherine’s home near Cambridge. Full address details are shared once you’ve booked a class.

Are classes suitable if I’m injured or have physical limitations?

Many people practise with injuries or limitations, but it’s important to let Catherine know before class. She’ll offer guidance and adaptations where possible. If you’re unsure, a private session may be the best place to start.

What styles of yoga do you teach?

Classes include Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, sometimes blended to suit the needs of the group, the season or the moment.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. 1–2–1 private sessions are available and can be tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a more personalised practice.

How do class passes work?

Class passes are valid for a set period:

  • 5-class pass: valid for 8 weeks
  • 10-class pass: valid for 16 weeks

This helps encourage a regular, sustainable practice.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you’re unable to attend, please cancel in advance so the space can be offered to someone else. Full details are provided at the time of booking.

Can I practice outdoors?

During the warmer months, classes often take place on the lawn, depending on weather and conditions.
