And Breathe Yoga

Classes

Classes at And Breathe Yoga are designed to support you in finding a practice that feels right for you. Each class is held in a small, intimate setting, allowing space for personal attention, thoughtful guidance and a pace that honours individual needs.

Our Class Ethos

Catherine teaches a blend of Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, sometimes weaving elements together to create a practice that responds to the energy of the group, the season and the moment.

Some classes are gently energising, others deeply restful - all are guided by breath, awareness and a non-judgemental approach.

Private Yoga Lessons

Private 1–2–1 sessions offer a more personal, tailored approach to yoga - shaped around your body, your needs and what you’re looking for right now.

These sessions are ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after injury or time away, working with specific physical concerns, or simply wanting a quieter, more individual experience.

If you’re curious whether private lessons might be right for you, you’re warmly invited to get in touch to discuss your needs.

Hatha Vinyasa

A mindful blend of steady movement and flowing sequences, linking breath with movement. This practice builds strength, mobility and awareness at a calm, unhurried pace.

Yin Yoga

A slow, floor-based practice where poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to release deep tension and the mind to settle. Supportive and meditative, with plenty of props.

Restorative Yoga

Deeply restful and nurturing, restorative yoga uses props to fully support the body in comfortable shapes, encouraging relaxation and nervous system calm.

Yoga Nidra

A guided meditation practised lying down, designed to take you into a state of deep rest while remaining gently aware. Often described as “yogic sleep,” it helps reduce stress and restore balance.

Yoga for all levels

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or know what you’re doing before you arrive. Classes are generally suitable for all levels, with options offered so you can practise in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for your body.
