About the Class

Energising, Breath-Led Practice

A dynamic yet mindful practice that blends the foundational principles of Hatha yoga with the fluid movement of Vinyasa flow. This class offers a balanced approach to building strength, flexibility, and focus while maintaining a steady, breathable pace.

You'll move through a creative sequence of postures, linking breath with movement as you flow from pose to pose. Expect a mix of standing poses, balances, and gentle inversions, with time built in to explore alignment and deepen your awareness in each shape. The rhythm is energising but not rushed, giving you space to connect with your body and refine your practice.

This class provides the perfect balance of effort and ease. You'll leave feeling energised, centered, and fully embodied.

 

Class Times & Location

Wednesdays 9:30am-10:30am
Held in Whittlesford, just south of Cambridge, in a small group setting (8-10) with personal guidance.

Level & Suitability

Suitable for those with some yoga experience or adventurous beginners ready to explore.
