About the Class

Mindful Movement into Stillness

A beautifully balanced practice that takes you on a journey from movement to stillness. This class begins with a gentle, mindful flow to warm your body and become present with yourself, then gradually transitions into deep, sustained Yin poses where you can fully let go.

The slow-paced vinyasa in the first half helps release surface tension and prepare your body for the longer holds to come. As you move into the Yin portion, you'll settle into supported floor postures that target the deeper connective tissues, promoting flexibility and a profound sense of calm.

This class offers the best of both worlds - the meditative movement of a gentle flow combined with the restorative depth of Yin yoga. It's an ideal practice for anyone looking to cultivate both strength and surrender, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and deeply relaxed.

Wednesdays 7am-8am
Held in Whittlesford, just south of Cambridge, in a small group setting (8-10) with personal guidance.
